Product Introduction

Photovoltaic power generation is a clean and renewable energy source that is developing rapidly in both domestic and international markets.

The ZGS20-Z-G series combined transformer was developed to meet the increasing power supply requirements of photovoltaic projects. Based on existing 10 kV and 35 kV combined transformer technology, the product incorporates experience gained through long-term research and the application of advanced technologies from China and overseas.

The series is designed according to the special operating requirements of photovoltaic power generation systems.

The transformer, load switch and high-voltage fuse are installed together inside the transformer enclosure. Transformer insulating liquid is used as the insulation and heat-dissipation medium for the complete unit.

The product adopts a fully sealed structure. The transformer body is made from medium-thickness steel plate, while the enclosure is manufactured from galvanized steel or stainless steel.

The enclosure surface is treated through shot blasting, pickling and phosphating. Primer, intermediate coating and finish paint are then applied to improve corrosion resistance, coating thickness and resistance to ultraviolet radiation.

Compared with conventional surface coating methods, this treatment provides stronger protective performance. The product also features compact dimensions, light weight and convenient installation.

    The unit has a small volume and requires little installation space. Its footprint is approximately one-third of that of a European-style box-type substation with the same capacity.

    The enclosure is treated using special processes and materials to provide effective protection against corrosion, wind and sand.

    The enclosure is available in L-shaped and eye-shaped arrangements.

10 kV Combined Transformer

The 10 kV combined transformer uses a high-voltage backup current-limiting fuse together with a plug-in overload protection fuse to provide complete transformer protection.

The high-voltage current-limiting fuse protects the transformer against short-circuit faults.

The plug-in overload protection fuse protects American-style transformers and other electrical equipment against overload currents and low-level short-circuit fault currents.

35 kV Combined Transformer

The 35 kV combined transformer uses a new full-range high-voltage current-limiting fuse.

It can reliably interrupt fault currents ranging from the minimum current that causes the fuse element to melt up to the rated breaking current.

The design combines the high breaking capacity of a current-limiting fuse with the effective low-current protection of a non-current-limiting fuse, providing full-range fault current interruption.

  3. Maximum outdoor wind speed: 30 m/s
  4. Relative humidity:

    • Daily average: Not more than 95%

  5. Installation location: Areas without fire hazards, explosion risks, severe pollution, chemical corrosion or strong vibration
  6. Power supply conditions: The supply voltage waveform should be approximately sinusoidal, and the three-phase supply voltage should be approximately symmetrical
