Product Overview

The QSG/SG three-phase dry-type isolation transformer is a new generation of energy-saving power transformer developed by the factory with reference to similar international products and adapted to domestic operating requirements.

The available capacity range is from 300 VA to 1,600 kVA. The product complies with international and national standards such as IEC 439 and GB 5226.

The windings adopt a complete series winding structure. The transformer is vacuum-pressure impregnated with insulating varnish, allowing the insulation level to reach Class F.

The QSG/SG series is suitable for AC circuits with frequencies from 50 Hz to 60 Hz and operating voltages below 2,000 V.

It is widely used with imported equipment, precision machine tools, mechanical and electronic equipment, medical equipment, rectifier systems, lighting systems and other applications.

The input and output voltages, vector group, number and position of taps, generally within a 5% adjustment range, winding capacity distribution, secondary single-phase winding, rectifier circuit configuration and protective enclosure can all be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.
