S13–S22 Series 10kV–35kV Low-Loss Off-Circuit Tap-Changing Transformer
Product Introduction
The S13–S22 series transformers are manufactured in accordance with GB 1094-1996, “Power Transformers,” and GB/T 6451-2008, “Technical Parameters and Requirements for Three-Phase Oil-Immersed Power Transformers.”
This series is a new generation of low-loss transformers with copper windings. High-quality materials are used throughout the product, while improved technologies and materials are applied to the coil assembly and insulation system.
These improvements significantly reduce both no-load loss and load loss, while providing a more reliable structure and better overall performance.
Product Features
Good Economic Performance
Compared with the S11 series, the average no-load loss of the S13–S22 series is reduced by approximately 30%. The no-load current is also 70% to 85% lower than that of the S11 series.
Long Service Life
The transformer uses a fully sealed oil tank structure. The tank and cover can be connected by bolts or welded along the edges.
Because the transformer oil is isolated from the surrounding air, oil aging is reduced and the service life of the transformer is extended.
High Operating Reliability
The sealing components of the oil tank have been improved to increase reliability. The manufacturing process has also been optimized to ensure dependable sealing performance.
Compact Installation Area
The S13-M and S22-M series transformers use corrugated plate radiators. When the oil temperature changes, the corrugated plates expand and contract to perform the function of an oil conservator.
The corrugated oil tank provides a clean appearance and requires less installation space.
