YBM(P) 35/0.69kV Pre-Assembled Substation for Wind Power Generation
Product Introduction
The wind power combined transformer is a special power distribution unit that integrates a step-up transformer, high-voltage current-limiting fuse, load switch, low-voltage switchgear and related auxiliary equipment.
The YBM(P) 35/0.69kV high-voltage/low-voltage pre-assembled substation series is specially designed and developed for wind power generation systems.
The equipment increases the 0.69kV voltage generated by the wind turbine to 35kV. The electrical power is then transmitted through a 35kV cable line.
It is suitable supporting equipment for wind power generation systems.
The performance of the product complies with GB/T 17467, “High-Voltage/Low-Voltage Pre-Assembled Substation.”
This series is developed according to the specific operating requirements of wind power projects. It features a highly integrated structure, convenient installation, a short construction period, low operating costs, high structural strength and strong corrosion resistance.
The substation is suitable for harsh natural environments such as coastal areas, grasslands and deserts. Its operating performance meets the requirements of wind farms.

Product Structure and Features
Adaptable to Harsh Wind Farm Environments
Wind farms are commonly located in coastal mudflats, shallow-sea areas, grasslands, deserts and other sparsely populated regions with difficult natural conditions.
Different anti-corrosion treatment processes can be selected according to the actual operating environment to help ensure the service life of the pre-assembled substation.
Compact and Practical Layout
The box-type substation adopts a compact three-compartment arrangement. Its structure is reasonable, its overall dimensions are small, and the main components can be connected conveniently.
This arrangement significantly reduces the amount of copper busbar required while providing sufficient space for incoming and outgoing cable connections and maintenance.
The design also makes equipment assembly, inspection and maintenance more convenient.
Strong Corrosion Resistance
All metal structural parts of the enclosure are treated by sandblasting, hot-dip galvanizing and painting.
This treatment provides strong resistance to rust and corrosion, allowing the equipment to operate in humid environments and areas with heavy salt spray.
Effective Thermal Insulation
The door panels and enclosure walls contain no empty interlayer. The internal space is filled with composite thermal insulation materials made from polyurethane and silicate.
These materials provide effective heat insulation and heat preservation, helping the equipment start and operate safely in cold environments.
