Recently, the management team of Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co., Ltd. traveled to Kyrgyzstan to conduct field inspections and operational guidance at our local Kyrgyzstan transformer joint factory. As a professional extra high voltage transformer manufacturer serving Central Asia, this on-site trip aims to fully review the operation status of our overseas transformer production base, deepen technical collaboration and production capacity coordination, and lay a solid foundation for Yawei’s in-depth layout of power transformer markets along the Belt and Road Initiative.

The inspection team went deep into the frontline workshops of the joint factory to gain a full understanding of local capacity construction, technical processes, quality management and market expansion progress. Every critical link was carefully examined and evaluated, ranging from raw material procurement and production assembly to quality testing and finished product delivery.
Addressing practical challenges arising from the localised operation of the overseas plant, the team drew on Yawei Headquarters’ decades of production and management expertise and put forward targeted guidance on production process optimisation, product quality control and local talent training.
